Generally, it takes 3–14 days to present initial candidates. However, this timeline depends on the specialization of the position and the salary level.

The service fee is calculated based on the candidate's total annual income. Details are specified in the service agreement before the recruitment process begins.

Yes, we provide a guarantee period. If a candidate we placed resigns within the period specified in the contract, we will provide a replacement search at no additional cost.
